The 2014 MidAtlantic Wine + Food Festival™ will take place in and around the Brandywine Valley, and central and coastal Delaware, Wednesday, May 14 through Sunday, May 18, 2014, in private homes of distinction, stately hotels, intimate and award-winning restaurants, elegant barns and dramatic public spaces rarely used for events, including historic properties. It’s a culinary journey encompassing many of the best venues Wilmington, New Castle, Smyrna, Lewes, Rehoboth Beach and numerous towns and cities in between, with talent flown in from six continents.
While you’re in Delaware, visit our local treasures, such as former du Pont family residences (Hagley Museum and Library, Mt. Cuba Center, Longwood Gardens, Nemours Mansion, Winterthur Museum, Garden and Library), many with spectacular gardens, world-class museums (Delaware Art Museum, Delaware Center for the Contemporary Arts), performance spaces (The Grand Opera House, Smyrna Opera House, Freeman Stage), and pristine beaches.
