Only in this region do soft shell crabs appear on menus during the first full moon in May … and we are bringing them to you in the spirit of "le ... nouveau est arrivé!" (but paired with craft beers!) and with all the proper accompaniments at Buena Vista Conference Center, a 19th century grand mansion built by Delaware and US Statesman John Middleton Clayton between 1845 and 1847. Come out to this reception-style tasting with cocktail seating, food stations and regional beer pairings.
