A tutored craft beer and cheese tasting with an award-winning dairy/creamery and a certified cicerone. Cheese makers Samuel Kennedy and Matt Hettlinger from Doe Run Farms along with Cicerone Burke Morrison will be hosting this interactive Cheese and Beer tasting. Four distinct cheeses from Doe Run Farms will be carefully paired with the area’s finest craft beers and interesting discussion on the cheese making process.
